Getting Married on the Big Island/ St. Croix

U.S. Virgin Islands Marriage License Laws:

·  Waiting period: 8 days (From receipt of notarized .application. Couple need not be on-island).

·  Send a letter requesting a marriage license to the Territorial court of the U.S. Virgin Islands in St. Thomas or St. Croix.

·  Proof of divorce.

· Appear in the Court to pick up paperwork
